For example, EU rules require express consent and acknowledgement before a consumer loses the withdrawal right when downloading or otherwise accessing qualifying online digital content.

Your name, email address used for the purchase, order number, product purchased, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Providing complete order information will help us review your request faster.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
HereFlowAI cannot control additional processing time imposed by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
7. Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with the relevant order details.
